3. Advertising click identifiers
When you arrive from an advertisement, the link carries an identifier — Google’s gclid, and equivalents from other advertising platforms. We store it in your browser for 90 days from your last visit so that, if you register, we can tell which campaign brought you.
This identifier is pseudonymous personal data: it identifies an advertising click and can be linked to your account or other information. It does not itself contain your name, email address or financial account information. It is stored under the Marketing category, and where consent is required we do not store it until you allow it.
